What are you eating? Getting enough Protein? Working out? Stalls happen but it may help to keep a journal of what you're getting in. Are you getting enough fluids?

Stalls are a normal, natural, and necessary part of the process. Whether you are stalled or not, it is critically important that you follow your surgeon's plan, get in all of your Protein and fluids every day, take your Vitamins and supplements as directed, and exercise. What does your NUT advise?

Embrace the Stall!
