You'll have to ask your program. Some of us have nutrition classes, but I'm not sure if that what your program uses the work shop for.

I never had a work shop. Only one visit with a NUT and the psych eval. That was it for me.

It is probably how to prep for surgery, pre-op diet, etc. Don't be afraid to ask if you are unsure about any of your appointments or requirements as you go along.
