Congratulations!! All liquids for me. I've been doing Paleo for about 4 years, so low carb wouldn't bother me. Liquids only is definitely going to test my will. lol! But I am going to make my own broth and just try to stay focused on my end goal.

Mine is December 11th!! So excited to get this started!

I'm December 8, as well, and would love to be a part of this buddy group. I'm apprehensive after going through a gastric bleed and lap band erosion that had me in Intensive Care for five days. Having said that, I am committed and determined to do this right and welcome the comrade ride and support. I begin my shake diet tomorrow so it's game on!
