  1. I just had my three month check-up and the doctor said that around 1,000 calories is just about the "sweet spot". Any less, and your body will hold on to your weight as it goes into starvation mode.

  3. I did! Wonderful experience. I had mine done in Issaquah and the hospital was awesome. Dr. Sung did my surgery.

  8. I am very, very late to the challenge, but would love to finish off the month with you all. As of today, 179.4. My goal for the month is to hit 170. Exercise goal: At least 5 days a week, minimum of 40 minutes of cardio at a time.

  13. Has anyone had both a sleeve and gallbladder removal at the same time? How was recovery?? Thanks!
  14. Please know that "Obamacare" is not actually an insurance plan. You can shop around for different policies, but the ACA is the Affordable Care ACT and is not an insurance plan.
  15. Why would she need to delete the thread? It's not like she tested positive for cocaine or something.
