  1. Hey, So I Went in on the 8th. Never had a problem clotting before but this time I did. I was pre diabetic and was about to go into diabetic shock jumped to 250. So after all being said an Iron and blood transfusion, days of Iv fluids, ultrasound on kidneys to make sure they were ok and my labs finally returning to normal. I am finally home yesterday evening and the gas is crazy.. so today I am just sipping and eating sugar free popsicle, I think the anemia has me craving cold things.

  4. @@MsMe I am 5'2 with 36.6 BMI and surgery is tomorrow. How much have you lost during pre-op? I am 5'1' was 189, bmi 36. I lost 12 lbs pre-op . I am down to 177 and have surgery tomorrow.
  5. Lol. I wish I am sitting in my in laws and they just baked some. I just want to tear one up. So hard to be in a house smelling like food and you can't eat and everyone eating smacking their gums.
  6. Have to be there at 930 am surgery at 1130am.

  9. I am the 8th also. They said I will get a call tomorrow to tell me what time to be at the hospital Tuesday. I am glad the preop is over tomorrow but I am on clear liquids today. Have my bag packed for work with my broth and jello. I can't sleep so 445 is about to come really fast.

  12. I have about 50-55 to lose and I am having my surgery on Dec 8th.
  13. Hi, I am also going to chestnut hill in December as well!!! Good Luck with everything Right now I am December 10. Insurance was submitted just waiting on approval.I am in Bucks, too, but being sleeved on 12/7 at Einstein. I had a bad experience at Einstein with another surgery so would never go back there. They are a teaching hospital.

  19. Yes, I just need I take motrin every day. I need to ask if I can take for my pre op diet. It is strong. But sometimes I would do it right underneath my tinge get it over with then drink water. *Tounge

  21. Sending prayers your way. You will be fine. When the new you with the decreased meds and you feel better look back you will say why was I nervous. ????
