What you are feeling is a common, but unfounded fear. If you follow your surgeon's program you will lose weight.

Just focus on getting in all of your Protein and fluids, taking your Vitamins and supplements as directed, and exercise.

None of us loses at a constant rate. We all experience stalls, which are a normal, natural, and necessary part of the process.

You probably experienced your first stall around your third week post-op.

Embrace the Stall!

I was sleeved 8/27, I lost weight for a month and then stayed the same for 3+ weeks, but lost 4 lbs this week... It's frustrating but will start up again ????

Sleeved on 9/28. The "stall" has been so frustrating!!! Nor list since 2 weeks post op. I greatly appreciate the comments of this being normal and that it will pass!

You'll lose.

If you stay on your surgeon & nutritionist plan you are guaranteed to lose.

Best of luck !!!
