I was sleeved 8/27, I lost weight for a month and then stayed the same for 3+ weeks, but lost 4 lbs this week... It's frustrating but will start up again ????

Do you exercise? I felt that way when I quit smoking, but started exercising and it was awesome. Felt so much relief from everything building up!

I can't seem to sleep very much, maybe 3 hours? Sleeved on Aug 27th. Anyone have any suggestions please?

That's great! I'm good too, getting everything down, just the sleep issue and tiredness! Oh boy, a month! That's terrible! Hard to be motivated with lack of sleep!!

Wow! How are you doing? No not pain, I quit any pain meds on Monday... They were helping me sleep... I just wake up and can't fall asleep, I wondered if maybe it was the B12?

Hi! I'm new here also. Surgery scheduled for Aug 27th. Having similar emotions, ups and downs, sometimes excited, sometimes teary! Not sure why but glad I'm not alone
