Returning to work

I have a desk job and was wondering how soon after the sleeve until I can return to work? I don't want to take to much time off since no one knows I having the surgery.

I am a RN and I returned back to work at 3 weeks with minimal issues. Getting fluids in from the time I clock in to about 3 hours into the shift is the hardest part for me. busy busy busy...
