So I had my first nutrition visit Friday. Started pre op diet today instead of 1 month before surgery. Actually staying around 1,300 calories for a bit, then gradually reducing down to the suggested 800 the week before.

Then the surgery coordinator called & is sending insurance company more than what they asked for so, it'll be harder for them to dispute the need. She is sending all my info after my 2nd nutrition visit next month so they have time to review & it will be pending til final nutrition visit dec 11. Hoping for surgery dec 18 & she is scheduling me in that day now so I have my spot reserved. I'm so excited! Would love to lose at least 20lbs before then.
