Could use feedback on stall!

I am currently 7 months out. I know its a bit early still to worry but i have some questions. I am currently 149 but would love to reach my goal of 135. I am at what seems to be a stall. Has anyone gone through this and still reached their goal weight? Some times i catch myself thinking, oh no the surgery is over (cant help it, and sure im not the only one) thoughts anyone? Ty :)

I know that for many people, as they approach their goal weight their weight loss slows down. I also know that stalls are a natural, normal, and necessary part of the process.

I would recommend that you be patient and follow your program. What does your NUT suggest?
