Just got sleeved! Can get fluids in. Help

I got sleeved monday 10/12 and Im just getting home. I am finding a VERY hard time drinking the isopure. And getting my protiens in. Also, cold things make my sleeve FREAK OUT. I am in alot of pain, but I dont want to hurt my body be not getting enough fluids. Any help?
