  1. A month or so after surgery i started drinking again, I would drink a bottled Water w low calorie kool aid mix in it w a shot of vodka. Now a year later i drink redds apple ale. Sent from my LGLS740 using the BariatricPal App

  3. i take my own water with sugarfree flavoring in it and add a shot of vodka to it.
  4. just keep in mind the first week is the hardest, it gets easier after that. I had to keep telling myself the first week that the pain and the not eating was only temporary to get through it. youll never eat like you used to but you get used to it. so glad you decided to have the surgery, its so worth it, ive lost 35 lbs in 2 and a half months. ive still got 20 more and im sure ill get there. I hope you enjoy your sleeve.
  5. have the surgery, your confidence and self respect go way up afterwards not to mention if you have any health problems they usually resolve themselves right after surgery. You will not regret it.
  6. I started at 202 and im down to 174, the best decision of my life. The first week is the hardest then after that it gets easier. Im loving it.

  9. Get up and walk, thats the best therapy.
  10. I felt the same way, thats all i thought about, what if i dont make it. I even made burial plans with my mom. Its very normal but you will be fine, your surgeon probably does 1000`s of these surgeries.
  11. It went away, someone said it couldve been a side effect to the anaesthesia.
  12. Im worried about my drain tube, it keeps getting clogged and now the color has turned like a yellowish green. I was sleeved on 10-13
  13. I had my surgery tues and now today ive had blurry eyes all day, should i go to the er.
  14. I called and my surgeon said dont worry about it
  15. My drain tube is clogged what can i do it has chunks in it blocking it
  16. Mine was done yesterday morning at 10:30 and im in pain only when i get up and down but may have to stay an extra day.
