When do you hit weight loss Stalls?

My first weight loss stall was at 3 weeks, Now I'm at 3 months and seem to be in a stall for 2 weeks now going on 3. I started cardio and weights about 3 weeks ago and I seem to think its muscle gain and I'm still loosing inches. But I just want the scale to move.

I was wanting to see if there was a Norm for Weight loss stalls or when do you hit them through out the first year after the sleeve?

Thanks for your help

@ - I kinds hit one monthly. I am 52 and entering the big "M" and have started skipping but I still have symptoms and some mild weight gain every month - to me as a long time dieter - it is the norm:)
