Hi. How are you?

doing ok so far. i'm one week out and on liquids. not getting in the amount of protein or water they say but i feel ok. :)

Make sure you get your protein in. I was using a muscle milk shake that had 40grams of protein. That helps.

Doing pretty good I'm 3 weeks post op and down 30lbs :) can't wait to move on to phase 3 of this diet, just one more week lol how's everything with you? Going well I hope!

That's great. I'm doing great. Thankfully no issues. I was sleeved on 5/29/15. Lost 100lbs.

I'm also from Long Island - but surgery is in NYC in November. :)

Hi. Cool. Where are you having surgery and which one? What are your stats if I may ask.

Awesome!! That's a great weight loss accomplishment! ^_^

Having sleeve surgery at NYU with Dr Kurian. I think my stats are in my profile to the left. :) Surgery was postponed from last month because EGD revealed ulcers. So because of them, I'm down another 10 lbs. I'll take it!

Hi. Cool. Best of luck with a speedy recovery

From manhattan(UES) and just had surgery 9/14. Started my journey at 310 (first appointment) and was 286 when I started my pre op diet. I went into surgery at 273 and today being a little over 3 weeks I am at 256 and never felt better. I have a feeling I am at the 3 week stall because I haven't lost anything this week unfortunately.

That's great. Stalls will happen.

I was 320 when I started my pre op diet and 305 on surgery day. In presently 207. 17 weeks out.
