Sleeved 28 Sept, can't sleep!

Hi there. I have no residual pain or nausea. I feel really great. But I can't sleep! I have stayed awake for two full nights in the past four days. I feel really buzzy. Any ideas??? I am not drinking any caffeine.

Try some warm chamomile tea, stop watching television or any type of screen (tablet or phone) at least 2 hours before bedtime. Take a warm shower of bath, then listen to some relaxing music and read a good book in bed.

Maybe try to do some exercise in the early evening to wear yourself out physically (but light exercise like walking since you're still recovering).

I have had a rough time sleeping too. I have been having a cup of warm skim milk with unsweetened cocoa and stevia in it about an hour before I go to bed.

Melatonin 3 hours before bedtime as per sleep specialist.
