Huggs that swelling sucks major in the legs.... I just finally got that down to having small amount in morning the past two days and that resolved quickly after moving around.. My surgery was 9/29 and i could swear that the hospital tied 20lb bags of potatoes around all my limbs when i got out making everything so hard to move...and that is the main key no joke move those legs even if you just alternated tightening and releasing the muscles over and over... The tummy pain i still have that myself right at belly button and right side been trying to apply same idea of just tightening and releasing the muscles as you can... I have additional back issues which now making good posture rather tough i was relying on my tummy muscles before surgery so be aware of the pain levels do not overdo it moving cause it can bite you back and above all keep sipping i am still doing clear since it seems my stomach is still not quite ready for next step in foods...

Huggs! Hope my current experience helps you out!

I was sleeved 9/28 and I didn't have the swelling but have the right side pain. My dr office said that there was retraction there of the liver and muscle to get to my stomach and so it will be sore for a while.
