Costco-Orgain Organic Protein Plant Based Powder

Costco has the above protein powder on sale. Is this a good protein powder for pre/post op? I plan on doing 2 shakes and a low cal meal the week of 10/12. I have surgery 10/19. Can I use it post op? Any feedback would be appreciated.

I used it post op. Check with your nutritionist. It's plant based so I recommend using a nutra bullet because plant based powders can be a little gritty. I do really like their RTD version though. I keep a few on hand for emergencies. They have a coffee flavored RTD that is only available online. Check the orgain website because they often offer high value coupons.
