CarbMaster or Kroger yogurt

My doctor is recommending Kroger yogurt or carbmaster. I live in Rockville Center NY and can't find this. Does anyone know where I can get this, or recommend a yogurt that is similar? I just started the 2 week prep. Surgery is Oct. 14.

Thanks!

The reason it is recommended is it tastes decent and is low sugar/low carb and has pretty good flavors. Around here we have Fred Meyer stores that carry Kroger brand

We have it at Ralphs

It's a bit of a science project for me. Too many ingredients I can't/don't eat. However, I did a quick google and lot of people seem to like it. If you can't locate it perhaps have a conversation with your nutritionist about other ways to maintain a low carb, low sugar diet which is what he seems to be recommending.

How close is it in macros to Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt ?

I freaking love the Oikos Triple Zero Greek. I've yet to try a flavor that wasn't outstanding.

CarbMaster "yogurt" is a Frankenfood . . . they aren't even legally allowed to call it yogurt because it doesn't have enough live cultures and other characteristics of yogurt. You'll notice the containers say "dairy blend" on them, not yogurt. But if your doctor recommends them, I guess no harm in giving them a try!

Thanks, everyone! I guess i'll try Fage or another greek type.

Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt is very good. It has 80 calories for 12g Protein and 7g sugar. You can find it in almost any grocery store.

I am still pre-op but have been following with a dietician for the past 6 months and have found a really good yogurt I use powerful yogurt the low fat version which is plain flavored but to flavor it u can add some splenda and sugar free preserves and it is one of the highest in protein
