Well I am officially 2 days post op. More pain than I thought I would have but when you have surgery alp choli or not you are going to have pain.

Does any one have any recommendations on now to mix the plain Protein powder with the hot broth. I am getting a jelly mess on top. it is freaking me out.

I know this is going to get better.

Mix your powder in a small amount of cool water until it is like a creamer then add it to the soup.

I would imagine if you add the broth slowly to the powder while whisking it, it should be ok.
