Get as much liquid as you can, keep your protein high and try moderate weight lifting. Also vitamin E oil rubbed into the skin. These things will help 'tighten' up the skin and preserve your tatts as much as possible. Keep in mind, however that genetics and age plays a big role in how your skin 'bounces back' too, as does vitamin intake.

I have tats too... this is scary. so far I am down 100+ and they look ok to me. The next 60 pounds I am sure will mean more. I figure - it's all part of me and this journey... so what happens will happen!!!

I have several tattoos and am worried about the skin issue, I know this sounds dumb but has anyone else had to deal with this? One arm is half sleeved.

my husband has half sleeve on both side. He was sleeved 4/19 he was 264 now he's 191 his arms look just fine. He also had tatts going around both side of his chest and shoulder and back. Everything looks great. I don't think you anything to worry about.
