Eat small.. meaning don't stuff yourself. Get in the habit of stopping eating when no longer hungry rather than seeking "full" and you won't stretch your sleeve.

I am not really sure if sleeves stretch - I am nearly 4 years out and I sometimes can eat more than other times. I find that when I "follow the rules" and eat Protein first etc etc etc I magically have great restriction.

What are the symptoms of stomach stretching? I am so afraid of it.

The belief that the stomach stretches after surgery is a myth. The reality is that with time your body adapts to the surgery by keeping food in the stomach for less and less time. I was watching a video a doctor made where he said that by year five most patients can eat a normal size plate of food.
