You gotta learn protein is king and adjust to its importance in your life. Bariatric sites,Pinterest and many recipe sites will break out high protein dishes that are great just be sure the serving size matches your 2-3 oz capability. I personally subscribe to the theory that high protein is anything that will get me 15 grams or more per 4 ozs
