Stalled for 2 weeks!

I was sleeved on august 18th and i have lost 26lbs. But i have been stuck since the 30th.. i haven't lost anyrhing since then and it's driving me crazy!

I get in as much protein as possible. I drink a ton of water everyday.. when i eat it is small amounts and i am pretty active. I don't know what I'm doing wrong..

Use the search box here and look for "three week stall" "third week stall" or something like that. Or you can even Google "three week stall vsg" and you'll learn all about it. Stop stressing, keep following your plan, and stay off the scale for a while. Everything will be fine.

Stalls are quite normal, more prevalent for gals, but happen to guys too. Just this week - and I am 5+ months post op - I encountered a stall. For some reason, my weight stuck at a number, then all of a sudden, I was back to losing.

Each person is different, but this does happen.
