See a dermatologist. hair thin's with age, so if you are 50+ some shedding is to be expected. Hopefully you are keeping your Protein levels up. If none of these apply to you I would get bloodwork to make sure nothing else if going on and then see a dermatologist.

I have used Nioxin before when hair started to thin a little due to hypothyroidism and if did a great job.
