homemade popcicles

Anyone make their own? I just got some plastic sleeves to make my own and I need some recipes. I would realy love something that doesn't turn rock hard when it freezes

I cook everything from scratch. My fav is to use really good fruit in season because then you don't need to add sugar. I don't really use recipes. You could try adding a little yogurt to the mix to help soften them.

I freeze my chocolate protein drink in mine and voila! Fudgesicles! The first time I did not add anything more than the drink. I might try a little sweetener next time, as they were not as sweet as the real thing.
