Gas and constipation

Gas and its first cousin are about to kill me! I don't have the energy to move any more. Been moving all day to see weather one or both would move but, as if I were voodooed, They simply refuse to move!!!???

Have you tried gasX strips? I took them soo much in the beginning and I'm only 7 weeks out but I still get gas a lot. I got constipated from the pain meds, but you will feel better if you move. You just have to make yourself. I had mine done with my mother, and I was very sick the first few days throwing up, but I made myself walk a little bit. She didn't until 2 days later and had more gas than me. Each person is different.

My doctor told me to try milk of magnesia and it helped within 1 or 2 hrs since I have been regular. Of course fluids and activity helps. But i think yogurt also helps. Hope u feel better. Ask your doctor for what to take.

My MD has me using a ducolox suppository for constipation. It works about an hour after use.
