Thanks I'm trying and also to keep cool I'm in a very struck diet and does not help when the only thinkbi can have popsicles everyone wants one . I'm like you can eat what you want not me

Not looking forward to the liquid diet. I've only had my first visit with my doctor, so I'm just starting the process. I'm hoping before the end of the year to have my procedure.
