Popcorn?

I'm 11 days out I know I can't have popcorn yet...but when? I love the 100 calories packs...

I guess when you're cleared for all foods. For me that's at 6 weeks.

But even though there are only 100 calories, how many carbs are there?

Keep in mind it's not only the calories, but the carbs. I have popcorn on occasion, but rarely. Even then I didn't indulge until I was 6 mths out. Being able to comfortably get in more than 60gms of protein was more of a priority. I currently make sure to get in at least 100gms of protein.

My surgeon says no popcorn for six months.
