Number One Muti Vitamin

What's the number one brand to take? I'm at a grocery store for another 30 mins. Just want to be healthy as possible for my surgery (bypass) on the 29th. I alway used store brands. Would 'one a day women' be ok? I'm a female. :-)

My NUT suggested Flintstones Chewables, just like I used to take when I was a kid! Funny, but they are available everywhere and they have everything we need.

Almost any multivitamin would be fine pre-op but post-op you need specific vitamins, so I would look up bariatric multivitamins to make sure that your are getting the nutrients your post-op body will need.
