Start with logging. Just "thinking" you eat right could be an issue and using a food log will help you identify where you might need to change and/or give you something to provide to your NUT for help

I concur with the above. I log everything, even the two wintogreen lifesavers I just ate at my manicure place (30 cal, btw). If that doesn't work, call your nutritionist.

I am almost 10 months out and have only lost 3 lbs in this past month so I hear you! But - I have dropped 3 pant sizes this past month too - so go figure. Just keep following your plan. I have started

I'm 9 months post op and I can't seem to make the scale budge.
I workout like a crazy lady and I think I eat right. At least it's worked for the 86 pounds I've lost thus far.
Any ideas that you have or experience you could share.
