Stevia sweetener

Hi gang! I wanted to ask if anyone else uses the Stevia sweetener? On the box it says zero sugar and calories. Is this ok to use in my coffee?post-252766-14413788844521_thumb.jpg

  • Yes. My nutritionist recommended stevia over all other sweeteners.

  • I use it for everything I prepare for myself. It's a plant based sweetner that doesn't raise blood glucose levels. Get the packets and try it in your coffee. Some people have adverse reactions to it.

  • I use it all of the time

I didn't. In fact, it's the only sweetner that doesn't trigger migraines with me. I use abt 2tablespoons in my cuppa, but to me it never tasted all that sweet.

Yes use it. There are a variety of different mixes and if you buy one type and don't like it, try another blend until you find one that you like.
