Oh Lord .... I thought I saw this coming a week ago ... but yep ... here it is .... I'm getting Turkey neck ....

I know exactly what you mean and I smiled at your post, since it's a fear I have as well. Unfortunately , I have no idea.

I have been on diets every since I was in my 20's. I have gained so much and lost so much at times. I have a SERIOUS turkey/chicken neck. In fact, my nickname is "chicken". I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is nothing you can do unless you have surgery. I look so much older. They say you can tell a person's age by the neck.

But I guess it's better than the alternative ... not walking at all!

So i was told that doing chin lifts helped tighten your neck muscles and thereofre your skin. i dont know, i use a really good skin firming cream but i havent had this problem YET. I never really though about ir until now.
