soft foods?

I'm waiting to get the book from my surgeon in the mail and I've been researching online but there is a lot of differing opinions. Can I start introducing soft foods at 14 days post op? I'm at 11 days (but down 21 lbs which I'm thrilled about!) I just get very faint and shaky and simple things like walking up a flight of stairs are really hard on me. I think I'm not getting enough calories but I don't want to gorge myself and risk rupturing or expanding my sleeve!

How are you doing with your protein intake?

Did the team not give you guidelines on post op nutrition before having the surgery? Its really difficult to answer here as so many surgeons and NUT's seem to recommend different things and timescales. You should really contact your team and go by their guidelines. Sorry I can't help anymore !

Congratulations on your surgery and great weight loss :D
