    I'm in the UK.

    I'm on day 11 of 15 day pre op diet. 2 pints skimmed milk, plus 3oz chicken or fish plus green salad each day.

    It's hard, and I don't have much energy, but I've lost 14 pounds so far!

    I have surgery at 10am have to be there by 8! It's 2 hrs away so we have to be on the road early
