Welcome Godsgirl!

I didn't think EAS Protein shakes were bad tasting. I also have ISO FEmme Creamy vanilla Sky, lower in calories and higher in protein. There were two EAS I found, I think the one was Ultra. I have tried a couple but never notice the high calorie count.

I also just ordered Syntrax Fuzzy Naval and chocolate Peanut Butter Creme (extremely high protein count). Then I ordered powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury chicken Soup flavor.

I'm not home, and I think I have another kind, but I just bought it last night so I can't remember.

Go to Amazon and type in Protein Shakes. You can get a lot of names and then begin to research.

I'm not sure where you are located, but I have gotten terrific deals at my local Grocery Outlet. I have purchased 4 containers of the ISOFemme Vanilla Sky for $9.99 a 15.6 oz container. Online they are upwards of $25 to $30.

Good luck, there are so many.

And again, welcome to a great support group.

Hello! I use the Premiere Protein chocolate. Like you, I tried the strawberry and cream, and yuck! But the chocolate tastes, to me, a lot like chocolate milk. So far, it's really the only 'protein' specific items I can tolerate, and I've tried different soups, shakes, etc.

i used to like slimfast but i was told i cant use it ive had atkins and i really like that special k is good and so is muscle milk

I really like Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard, unjury, Jay Robb, Chike, Syntrax Matrix, and Syntrax nectar sweets.

Unjury also sells a sample/starter kit, just Google Unjury starter pack or something like that.

I didn't really like any of the RTD very much, I think EAS CarbAdvantege was the one I liked okay that had decent numbers. You have to be careful with the RTD stuff -- many of them have sub-optimal forms of Protein, or terrible numbers on calories or carbs.

@Godsgirl39 I use Atkins pre-made chocolate ... I take half of that and mix in a scoop of Jay Robb whey Protein powder ... I call it my double shot!

I like the Atkins because they are carb conscious ... and we all need to be after surgery!

There are SO MANY different shakes out there ... you will find the right one :)

Good Luck to you! :)
