Talk to your surgeon and your PCP. They can weigh the risks/benefits of your pain meds based on your own specific needs. I was given a whole list of meds to avoid post-op and NSAIDs are pretty standar

@tssiemer NSAIDS has been an issue for me too post op ... and 2 weeks pre op ... I have bone on bone arthritis in both knees and was taking Diclofenac for the inflammation ... it really really helpe

Ok. Someone who has had the surgery very nonchalantly mentioned today that she is not allowed to take NSAIDs anymore.
I gobble that crap like its candy due to chronic pain and spine injury with nerve damage.
Now what do I do?
Can I keep taking gabapentin, zanaflex and tramadol?
