Two Days Post Op

Hello all I am two days oat op and supposed to drink 40 ounces of water and 40 g of protein. I so far have drink 30 ounces of water and one Premier protein shake. How about you guys?

      My nut recommends 2 premier shakes I am doing 2 a day and powerade and water as much fluids as I can....surgery was monday and I have trouble with trying to swallow slow.

    At 4 days out, I can do one and a half premiere Protein shakes a day and about 30 oz of Water. I think I need to drink more slowly and I'd have an easier time getting everything in.
