Omg this liquid diet is killing me my first day and it was hard head is pounding and stomach hurts ughhhhh tomorrow is my last day I cant wait until is over (((((

I am on day three of liquid diet. I am not hungry but I have terrible runs (diarrhea). I have 4 more days to go. Anyone know if it get's better? Suppose to work tomorrow

The diarrhea should be subsiding by tomorrow or the next day. It will be no time until your surgery day. Good luck ????

It's almost over the liquid diet is the hardest part surgery will be super fast just did mine 7/23 I'm 22yrs old and I feel fabulous ! I'm down 30 lbs

You'll do great ,it's normal your probably really nervous but you'll do just fine

I am feeling the exact same way right now! I have 2 days of clear liquids, low carb, no caffeine....ugh. Th headache and the stomach cramps, I'm so hungry!

I wonder how many people can't get through this part and give up.

You'll do great ! I did the 14 before surgery and 14 days after a lot of mental work but it's all worth it in the long run....
