I worry when I see my friends who have had the surgery losing so fast, and go from a 22W to a size 5 in 6 months, and I still am not below 200 pounds.
Then I did the math. I am actually losing at 2.5 pounds per week. Is that about normal? I know comparing myself to someone else is the wrong thing to do, but I do it. What do you think?
