Are you laying down? I had trouble sleeping too, I slept better in a recliner instead of a bed for about 6 weeks. The liquid pain meds helped but I only used it for 1 week.

How long ago did you have surgery?

It took a couple of days for me to sleep all night . I think it was about a week. But that's because I was napping all during the day off and on . I was sleeved Aug 4th

Yes! For the first two weeks I had horrible insomnia. I bought some melatonin and it seems to be helping. I also just think being almost 3 weeks out is helping. I've read that difficulty sleeping is common after WLS.
