Question on protein

How is any one drinking a whole Isopure to get the 40 gram of protein ? And how long does it take you to drink it? It takes me all day and I still can't finish it! I can't drink the shakes. One last question can I mix the premiere protein powder with some diet snapple ?

Hi, my first question to you is how many weeks post op are you? I drank one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I truly attribute it to my weight loss success, energy level and not a huge amount of hair loss.

Right after my sleeve, it took me forever to drink my protein! I was so worried that I'd never be able to do it. Now (3.5 weeks later) I can drink my shake (11oz) in about 30-40 min. This is a huge improvement! I hope it continues to speed up.

Give yourself some time, it will get better.

Right after surgery I could not drink cold things fast. I was able to drink warm broth with unflavored powder in it faster.

Temperature can matter
