Protein shakes

I'm 7 weeks post op and I'm finding that I don't really need the protein shakes anymore. Anyone else?

If you have another source of protein, that gets you to the recommended 60-80 grams, then I would say they are not needed. I am 18 weeks out and struggle with getting my protein in, so I still drink one, plus a protein bar, plus food high in protein, daily.

I thought for some reason I would need them forever, so I have a ton in my pantry.

@@her1981 have you considered sharing your items that are no longer needed or used?
