I am almost 13 weeks post op and have lost 35 pounds so far however I have noticed that it has really slowed down a lot. I am watching what I eat and exercising. My appetite is much greater than previous weeks. I am able to eat larger portions and I have terrible burps and hiccups afterwards. I try to eat slow, not drinking when eating, eat protein first and everything. I didn't get a fill at my 6wk post op appt since I was having trouble with a lot of phlegm and I was losing good. but now since my appetite has increased and the scale not moving as much - should I go get a fill to get things moving a little and to curb my appetite some? Any encouragement is greatly appreciated and I welcome it. Thanks
