The "think I cans"

Hello everyone, I am scheduled for Aug 26th to get the sleeve and begin my new life! Has anyone at this point felt withdrawn from people around you? I have a great support system but I am really nervous all of a sudden and scared I won't be able to get in all my water and proteins.... Is this normal???

Nerves are normal. It's a huge decision to make but for so many its been the best. Congratulations on getting your surgery date and lean on your team and the people here for support. :D

I can still remember being scared/excited pre-surgery. And I'm 31 months post-op. It kinda stuck with me! :-P

WLS is a big life change and it is scary! I think we all went through those moments of doubt and being nervous. Have faith in yourself that you will succeed!
