Amen!!!... Everything happens for a reason!!

Hi! My name is lisa. I am a single female with great support from my family! However I need someone that is going or been through this. Is anyone from the Pennsylvania area that would be interested in just having a friend to go through this with. Male or female doesn't matter!!????

My surgery is wed as well but I so not have a time yet. Why Mexico! ? I see a lot of people get it in Mexico

I am a licensed minister of the Gospel, I am being sleeved next week. I am so blessed and thankful that God has made a way and path for me to begin getting my temple back in order! My goal to give him glory is to speak everywhere in regards to taking care of our bodies and knowing why we got to where we are! This is the beginning, the end, & and the process through him which gives us life back! Embrace it girl and run with it!!

Jenn...we know in our hearts why we made this decision. We need to just keep reflecting on that. No one else has walked in our shoes! Going for my endo now...do you have a surgery time yet? Where are you from?

Thank you Karen!! They moved my surgery date up today to the 19th. Endoscopy tomorrow...I'm almost there!

Hello everyone, I am scheduled for Aug 26th to get the sleeve and begin my new life! Has anyone at this point felt withdrawn from people around you? I have a great support system but I am really nervous all of a sudden and scared I won't be able to get in all my water and proteins.... Is this normal???

I am in the Harrisburg area. I have lost some weight with the pre-op . not even sure what to ask. I think right now my biggest concern is will I be able to get the fluid and food in I need, will I be able to get my vitamins in so I don't lose hair and wear myself down. Also I have a gluten intolerance, how will this affect me..I know my doctor will answer that. I am just down right nervous all of a sudden. What will I need to get for right after surgery? Any suggestions about the hospital bag?

Pjkar..congrats on your "new beginning" I do not need a pre-op diet..thank God...I am really getting nervous though! I want to hear about everything you are going through!!
