Hey everyone,

Just wanted to know- I'm still supposed to stick to having "meals" of 2-4 oz every thirty minutes (or water) right? And this is how its going to be for pretty much always, or will relax a little after some years?

I am unaware of any "rules" like this.

My NUT suggested we plan for three meals an two Snacks a day. Initially, especially when on the liquid stages, these meals and snacks tended to run together. Eventually, I was able to have more distinct meals and snacks. I still eat something about every 2-3 hours throughout the day.

I have never heard of this rule either. I eat three meals a day with healthy snacks in between and make sure I get my water in.
