Over drinking

Hello everyone,

I'm a month post op and I could drink one whole protein shake in less than ten minutes. I also get this hungry feeling maybe 2 hours after I had lunch. I usually have low fat greek yogurt. Should I be feeling hungry. I have read other don't get hungry or forget to eat sometimes. Has anyone been through this like me.

I remember having that feeling about a month after surgery as well and was worried! Someone on this forum mentioned that it was more than likely my body telling me I need water. So I started drinking water when I felt that and that worked for me.

Some people do get their hunger back and some don't. Water an be the culprit also. For some it can also be stomach acid.
