I can't be the only one who had this experience. In the recovery room and during my 2 day stay in the hospital EVERY time I drifted off to sleep I would have images of food in my head. It was so weird. I have never had anything like that before and since I left the hospital it hasn't happened. I wasn't hungry at all and was even nauseas so I am guessing it has something to do with my stomach hormones? Or maybe my body was saying farewell to food.
