I think this is at least the 3rd post this week asking this very same question. There are several brands of unflavored protein powders. Try doing a search and you should get a wide variety of answers.

I use Isopure unflavored and have mixed it into pudding. Can't taste it and no weird texture if you let it sit for a few minutes before eating it.

I just got GENEPRO unflavored last week and I love it so far. Absolutely can't taste it, and it doesn't change the texture at all.

Personally, I could never do unflavored protein powder, especially at first, because I wasn't able to mix it into enough food to hide the taste! The "unflavored" tastes awful to me!
