Same issue with chicken, thought my chest was going to explode from gas. I tried to eat slow but perhaps I did not.

You could join a gym like planet fitness or someplace inexpensive, it is an investment to ensure you meet your goal.

Right after I eat it is awful I feel like my chest is going to explode from gas and I burp for about 40 min to an hour after I eat. I am 4week post op and I am on the stage 4. Does this happen anyone else?

I have lost a little over 20 in three weeks. Is that slow? I only eat about 650 calories and workout.
